We require the design and installation of an air-side odour suppression system for the Screening House to prevent fugitive odour emissions. The scope includes:

1. Site Survey & Analysis: Conduct a detailed field survey and in-depth study of existing airflow patterns across the workplace and equipment within the Screen House.

2. CFD Modelling & Reporting: Provide comprehensive survey reports supported by Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations to illustrate air stream flow patterns, identify odour escape routes, and justify the proposed mitigation strategy.

3. Supply Air Fan System (SAF): Supply and install a Supply Air Fan (SAF) System, including two (2) supply air fans (including duty/standby configuration as required), complete with necessary ductwork, dampers, and controls to maintain positive pressure and effectively suppress odours.

We work with local experts and community members to find the best sustainable solution in each place where we work, whether it’s a well, a piped system, a BioSand Filter, or a system for harvesting rainwater. And with every water point we fund, our partners coordinate sanitation and hygiene training, and establish a local Water Committee to help keep water flowing for years to come.
