很簡易地安裝在任何uPVC 喉上. 其獨特管道夾( Saddle Clamp ) 設計可以把 曝器頭 (Diffuser Dome) 直接安裝在固有管道上. 而且完全不用更換uPVC 管道.很具效益.
此設計安裝在西貢污水處理廠的所有活性污泥消化池, 全部更換舊有的瓷質曝器頭,但仍保留所有管道及配件. 整個項目在很經濟的情况下完成.
其 EPDM 膜 更可以換在其他品牌的曝器頭內. EPDM其特殊的合成橡胶,是為污水處理廠專門设計的. 該材料能够 :
抗變形 / 彈性大 / 厚度恰到好处,可大大減少曝气膜的受力和壓損 / 抗油,抗UV / 寿命長 ( 在保持高效率氧气输送的前提下) /無堵塞.

-Membrane
The membrane is special product which includes an UV inhibitor and resistant to aggressive chemical attack, weathering and aging. With the special materials, we use the diffusers in municipal wastewater plants, also in industrial plants e.g. chemistry, textile, tannery and etc.
-Support device-
The support devices is made of fiberglass reinforced PA (Nylon), PP or ABS. This provides operation without the requirement for acid dosing.
In the manufacture of Ecologix, any series diffusers are developed for the quality of the membrane and support devices, because it is a decisive factor for both the operation life and the economic of aeration systems.
Uniform fine bubble Formation of expectance fine bubbles, leading to extremely high oxygen transfer efficiency, the distance between the membrane "I" slots has been set to prevent the individual bubbles from coalescing into larger bubbles.
High oxygen transfer efficiency When airflow is applied, the membrane's slots consistently produce 1~3mm fine bubbles that increase the bubble surface contact area with wastewater. This greatly increases the oxygen transfer efficiency resulting in lower air flow requirements and up to 50% energy reduction, this can substantially reduce the number of diffusers required, thereby providing a more economical install
Back flow prevention When the air supply is shut off, the membrane retracts, seals the "I" slots and pressed on the support device, sealing its air supply bore. Due to this double sealing mechanism, no wastewater can enter the diffusers and the air piping system.
Resistant to fouling When the air expands through the flexible membrane, any settled solids, slime or carbonate build-up are dispersed. This significantly reduces the possibility of clogging, plugging and fouling that critical in maintaining high oxygen transfer efficiency over the life and is ideal for interrupted, SBR system and automatic-dissolved-oxygen control applications.
Low energy consumption Low capital operation costs provide for an attractive return on investment (ROI). Many installations can provide for an immediate pay-back of capital investment.
